Sports Unlimited 15

Woot. I SOOOO LOVE SPORTS CAMP! Sports camp has got to be the best camp!!

First day, 21st July, some of the disney people met up at 11am at Boon Lay MRT to do the 1000 pieces puzzle as the thank you for the GLs. It was a very good 'bonding' session cause it was really tedious and we were racing against time. We had to meet the GLs at 3.30pm. So we sat down at a corner of Boon Lay Interchange like some animal exhibits cause passers-by were curious about what we were doing. Still it was good cause nobody complained about doing it.

Thankfully, we did managed to finish the puzzles but the glue took some time to dry so the Goofy people present were late in meeting the rest. We had lunch at Macs before proceeding to buy our Welfare stuff like sweeets!! We went back to school for opening ceremony. The disney video and dance was good!! =)

First activity was war games already. We had the Great Wall War where all the guys will sit down in a circle interlocking their arms and legs. It was realllyyyyyy violent! The guys who were attacked ended up in scratches. Anyway, the attacking girls were supposed to break the interlocking arms and legs or one pair and the defending girls protect the guys hahah. Glad to announce that Disney was champion!! hahah After the shagged day, we went to sleep at 2+ i think. i didn't bring my sleeping bag and jacket. so i just slept on the floor. and it was cold can =.=

22nd July: Woke up at 6 with Jade. Both of us were sneezing away haha. Had our breakfast and went for FE games. Just walked around school and participated in the games. Dog and bone was so funny cause No.4 (Li Ann) fell so dramatically hahaha. After that was pool games! i couldn't dive for nuts sake and i'm sorry for that =( luckily we still fared well for the pool games. lol. everything except tug-of-war. we were just horrible and just before that we drank red bull lol. We concluded that redbull only keeps us high but doesn't provide energy. We lost all 3 rounds of battle, girls vs girls, guys vs guys and mix vs mix. but funnily enough, they all fell into the pool and i didn't ahhaha! and i was left floating around in the water lol.

After that we had the 2nd war fight. Disney did well. we were just 10s behind the 1st. This time, Music won! After washing up and dinner, we were ferried to somewhereee for themepark a.k.a. fright night. We were at this CCK camp. The actors were all very very good! and the make-up was super good too. I was freaked out most of the time. hahah. lucky got jia yi around as my partner =P generally the guys were busy protecting the girls lol. I think the programmers did a good job for themepark!! very professional too.

23rd July: We had x-terrain at Ubin. Although we didn't complete the stations and go for the cycling, we had a great time =) Goofy just rocks hahah. We went back to Pasir Ris area for dinner and had speed dating with the Seaworld guys. It was really Speed dating cause we had about 3mins to talk to each guy =.= hahaha. After that, we took bus to East Coast Park for Night cycling!! So fun can although everyone were shagged already. Cycled from ECP back to school. Thanks Hendric for accompanying me throughout haha. I was zi-highing throughout the cyclying lol. Reached school at 4+? and had to wake up at 6.30. That was when, most of Goofy decided to not bathe lol and we camped at the grandstand for the night =P

24th July: We were once again at Pasir Ris but this time at the beach for our Sea Sports and Expedition! We tried out lots of sports, sports that i doubt i would get to try if not for this camp. Jetski, banana boat, windsurfing, extreme boating etc. Had a few station games at the beach too. Lunch there and went out to the sea hahha we canoed to one small island to beach up and had canoe captain's ball game. it was quite fun. but the journey there was horrible, cause i was busy looking at the water that i didn't really bother about the direction we were heading too, so Meng Fei and I had a hard time paddling. lol sorry xiaoming! haha but the going back was good ok! haha.

After that we went to wash up and back to school for dinner plus night games. night games wasn't that good though.

25th July: We had our wall/water-bomb war game. Disney sadly lost to Seaworld during the finals. It's ok! we didn't lose our seh! Disney still rocks! Quite emo about that war game cause it was really important and it was raining during the game. Actually teared a bit when i saw the seniors so upset =( Disney spirit! haha

We set off for Amazing Race and our first station was to finish a tub of rice =.= just rice. OMG haha. Fan Tong. let me recall the stations. Can A, Can 9, Chevrons, IMM Giant, Bedok North blah blah blah. We amazingly came in first on the first night at Pasir Ris Park and camped there for the night. Our timing was 7hrs 14mins. Had bbq dinner. Woke up early the next morning cause we were the first wave to move out.

26th July: We continued with our Amazing Race. We had a head-start cause we won the first game. We continued piaing and finally after 6hrs 23mins we were back in school. We were the 2nd group to arrive but going by overall timing, our timing was still better.

After the race, we went to prepare for SP Night. Met our SPs at the top of ADM building and took bus to Marina South area. Had some SP games. Luckily, my SP, Daryl from Zhut Zhut, sprained his ankle haha. So we managed to get simpler 'forfeits'. Anyway, he can sing and play guitar!! lol. He was the winner of the Talentime for Sports camp. Congrats!! Mambo-ed the night away and went back to school.

27th July: the FINALE! finale was really xiong but it really displayed the Disney spirit. Our timing was the fastest. 1hr 6mins but cause we had drop-out, we had penalty and didn't win. Seriously, i was doing it for disney lo. =.= I'm scared of heights but i just quickly jumped into the pool (3m diving board) quickly without thinking much! Everyone at the sports camp, seniors included, were in super high spirits and the entire finale ended after noon.

Finally, it was time for the results! I'm soooo happy! Disney got best world while Goofy got Best Amazing Race and Best Group! hahaha.. This kind of memories will never be forgotten and that's why i'm blogging it here! Love disney and Goofy!!

Went for world dinner and cabbed home with some of the guys =)
